San Antonio Spurs center Zach Collins will undergo shoulder surgery soon, but he's expected to return for the start of next season. Collins injured his right shoulder during the Spurs' season finale against the Detroit Pistons on Sunday. The team announced on Thursday that an MRI confirmed he'd suffered a torn labrum. The 26-year-old signed with the Spurs as a free agent in 2021.
